Christmas dinner 2


Kelly and I wanted to have a mini post-Christmas dinner together, so we got a little fancy!

Sides: Pan cooked bacon-wrapped asparagus, oven roasted fingerling potatoes with rosemary and garlic.

Entree: Oven roasted leg of lamb crusted in rosemary, garlic, salt & pepper with a red wine, meat drippings & shallot sauce.

Drink: Rio Madre (Rioja)
